The Knox Academy PTA is a very active sub group of the Knox Academy Parent School Council. The purpose of the Group is to organise and promote social events and fundraising activities for the whole school bringing together parents, carers, pupils, staff and the community – similar to that of a PTA in primary schools.
Members and meetings
The PTA is made up of parents, carers, pupils and staff, who meet up throughout the year to organise fundraisers. The money raised is used to help provide equipment for pupils throughout the school. For example:

All meetings are very informal so, if you feel you can help in any way, please come along. The PTA is made up of both parents and school staff and meets two or three times each term on a Tuesday evening at the school. For more information check our facebook page for advance notice.
