Little Red Hen

To help us learn about how wheat is grown we read the Little Red Hen.

This is also a great repetitive story that your child can join in – why not try it at home!?!

How tall is your sunflower?

Posted by: | August 23, 2016 | No Comment |

Before the summer the children took home their sunflower seedlings. How tall are they now?

Please tweet us a photo of your sunflower. Don’t forget to measure it and let us know how tall it is.

WELCOME BACK!!!!

Posted by: | August 18, 2016 | No Comment |

We hope you all had a lovely holiday!!!

It has been fantastic to seeing the children’s smiling faces again. Everyone seemed to have grown over the summer too… just like our sunflower in the garden.

We would also like to give a warm welcome to our new children and their families. We look forward to getting to know you all and create some everlasting memories.

P1 readers visit nursery

Posted by: | June 29, 2016 | No Comment |

P1B visited Room 2 yesterday to read to the children. Today P1A and P1C visited Room 1 and Room 3. We really enjoyed the visit and listening to the stories.

In Room 3 we also sang some of our favourite songs and the primary children taught us the welcome song.
