ONLY 14 WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! HO HO HO!

We are pleased to announce that the School and the PTA are taking part in the Cauliflower Cards Christmas Card Project again this year.

The children will design Christmas cards which are professionally printed and sold to raise funds for the school. Last year we raised more than £1000 through the project.

They will be designing their cards next week (commencing 21 September). Order forms for the cards will be in the reading packs on Monday 28 September. The order forms need to be returned to the school by Friday 2 October. This tight deadline ensures that they are ready in good time for Christmas.

We look forward to seeing their creations!!!

HAVING A CLEAR OUT??

We are starting to look at our fundraising focus for this year, and what would be of real value to our school. We have been given a “wish list” from teaching staff and also from the After School Club.
In order to ensure that we are using our fundraising to full potential, we thought we’d do a shout out first for some of the items on the list.
So, if you have any of the following items that you are going to be getting rid of, and they are in GOOD cond…ition, please put them into the box under the table in the school office.

SILENT AUCTION FOR PROJECT PLAY

SILENT AUCTION
This fantastic painting has been very generously donated by local artist Rachel Marshall to raise funds for Project Play. It will be exhibited by Rock and Bird on the High Street from 10am on Saturday 12th September until 5pm on Saturday 19th September. If you would like to own it, please enter your details on the silent auction sheet inside the shop. The painting will go to the highest bidder at 5pm on the 19th. Good luck!
