Today we have been doing some Interior Design. We are using analogous colours to create a colour scheme for a bedroom or living room. We have been learning about colour theory and have also painted some landscapes using complementary colours with different tints, shades and tones.
We have also been to Lagganlia and had so much fun we made a poem about it. You can read it when you come back.
It has been snowing a little bit here today, but not enough to sledge on unfortunately. Yesterday we did circuits and cricket ball throwing outside and nearly froze it was so cold!
We will blog again soon, please leave us a message too!
The last couple of weeks have been hecitc here. We have been busy finishing our 500 word stories for the Radio 2 competition, as well as writing some fantastic poems. We have been very creative too, mixing shades, tints and tones of paint to create colour wheels and contrasting landscape paintings.
We are starting to build up our strength, speed and stamina in P.E with some athletics. Some of the class have already improved greatly in their times for the 1km and i’m sure will continue to do so.
We’ve had a performance of ‘The Journey’ today, which was an interactive piece of drama. We were reminded of the importance of road safety measures when on your bike and when crossing the road.
We hope you are all having a wonderful time in Norway and look forward to hearing from you!
