SUMMER FAIR – FRIDAY 5th JUNE

imageThere’s a Summer Fair planning meeting in Luca’s at 6:30pm tomorrow night (Wednesday 27th May), everyone welcome 🙂   If you can’t make it along, please let us know if you have any ideas or suggestions?

We need as many volunteers as possible to help out on the day and even 15 or 20 minutes of your time is greatly appreciated.  Please speak to any parent rep if you can help 🙂

Nursery Trip Information

Nursery Fun Day out to East Links Family Park Tuesday 30th June

In order to calculate the cost of the trip, we need to know how many of you will be coming. Each child from nursery must be accompanied by an adult.

The trip will be been subsidised by the Parent Council and the Nursery fund and we hope to offer the trip at approximately £15 – this includes entrance to the park for you and your child and seats on the bus for both of you.

This is dependent upon the bus being nearly full.

Please indicate below whether you intend to come on the trip by completing the sign up sheet. The sheet will be placed beside the sign in/out register this week.

Thank you

Nursery Wheel-a-thon

The sun was shining, the wheels were ready and Mrs McBean came for a whizz round too! Well done to all of the children who put in lots of hard work as they powered round the track. It was a fantastic day, have a look at the photos.

Nursery Wheel-a-Thon

The Wheel-a-Thon will be held next Wednesday 20th May. Each child is encouraged to bring their scooter or bike (non-motorised) to nursery. On this day all scooters and bikes must be left in the nursery playground. The morning group will begin their Wheel-a-Thon at 11:10am and the afternoon group at 14:30pm. If you are able to help at your child’s Wheel-a-Thon, please let a member of the nursery team know.

Thank you for your continued support.

P2K visit the nursery to make Mud Pies!

Last Friday primary 2K visited the nursery. Primary 2 have been reading an information book called ‘Glorious Mud’. One of the chapters in the book is instructions for making a mud pie. The primary 2 children followed the instructions and helped the nursery children make mud pies in the nursery mud kitchen. Have a look below.
