P1/2 have had a busy start to this term. We have been learning about people who help us. We had a lovely visit from Linda MaCann who came to teach us about keeping our teeth healthy and clean. She brought some real fairies with her and one was really naughty and tried to tie our shoe laces together. We made our very own fairy puppets and got to decorate them with lots of different materials and sparkly things. It was great!

We have also had a visit to Musselburgh Library where we were able to become members and borrow our own book. During our visit we talked to the librarians about their jobs and listened to two stories- ‘There are NO Cats in this Book’ and ‘Ssshhh’.  We had a lovely morning and hope to go back to the library soon to borrow some more books.
