We are well underway with our Houses and Homes topic. We have been thinking about the features of houses and have created our own collaborative houses on a street. We decided to call our street ‘Loretto Street’. We have still to add families to our houses and will use these to influence our drama and writing lessons. We have been outside sketching houses and will have the chance to take Jasper Bear home to let him see what it is like to live in our own homes. We are planning to share our learning on this topic during a class assembly in March which all parents will be invited to. We have lots of work to do to make sure we are prepared. We will keep you updated regularly with our progress.
