We’ve been busy!

We had a busy week last week:
On Monday most of the class went to visit the Money Museum. We got to see a roll of £800 in £20 notes and learn about old coins and early forms of money.
On Tuesday we had a visit from Musselburgh Firemen to tell us about Home Safety. We tried not to ask too many ‘What if..?’ questions.
In the afternoon we went to see Nicky Orr’s ‘Remade’ shop on the High Street. You can find a use for almost everything – keep those old scrabble pieces!
On Wednesday we wrote a set of instructions and tested them out making jam sandwiches.
On Thursday we told P3 about 2D Shapes and we all became Shape Detectives in our playground. Nathan C and Thomas represented the Musselburgh Cluster this afternoon at Little and Large Cookery Competition. Although they didn’t win overall, they did extremely well and made some delicious food!
On Friday Fraser taught us Rugby Rounders!
