On Friday the 25th of September 2015 P5/6 hosted a special coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. We made invitations and printed them out using the computer. The invitations had information on them including time, place and day.
We decided to accept donations for the cakes rather than have set prices.
On Thursday before the bake sale, we prepared everything for the day. On the day of the coffee morning, we were all excited but a bit nervous. The first guests started trickling in at 11:00. We had two games set up. One of the games was “Baked or Faked”. Players were blind folded and tasted a bit of cake. They had to guess if it was homemade or store bought. It was great fun!
Thank you for donating your money! It is a big help for Macmillan Cancer Support.
In total, we raised £213.99.
Well done P5/6 🙂
