Meet our new Junior Road Safety Officers

Loretto’s two new Primary 7 Junior Road Safety Officers officially started in their new roles today. They were given their JRSO badges and all the information they will need to do their jobs. On a visit to Port Seton Community Centre this morning, they collected a poster which was given to the three most improved schools in East Lothian. There was an increase in the number of children travelling actively to school in May during Walk to School Week, compared to our previous  WTSW.  We want to keep up the good work and our JRSO’s have some wonderful ideas on how to help us all become more active and to keep everyone safe on the roads. So watch out for some more updates and info coming your way, as they put some of these ideas into action.
