Friday, June 6th will be one of the busiest days of the school year. In the morning the Sports Day takes place, and everyone is welcome to come along from 9am. Staff are looking for volunteers to help out at some of the events – it’s usually nothing more than keeping count, or holding one end of a finish line! If you can help, even for 30 minutes, please either pop in to the office, or reply to this email.
Following the Sports Day, the Summer Fair will take place from 12-2 on Friday 6th. This is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year, and your support is always very welcome. We will have a large array of stalls and games, with hot food and cream teas available too.
A new event this year is the inaugural Great Loretto Bake-Off, where home baking donations can optionally be judged, with an attractive prize for the winner!
We are also looking for people to man stands and help with teas etc. for 30 minute slots of the Fair – again, please either speak to a class rep, reply to the email or pop into the office. Hope to see as many people there as possible, so spread the word.
Raffle tickets and tickets for a Loretto Cream Tea will be sold in advance, so keep an eye out for those.
Finally, the Parent Council AGM will be held on June 17th. We are always looking for more people to get involved, so if you’d like to find out more, please come along.

Anyone wanting to assist please contact me at this Facebook address or my email address info@paradiseenglish.com
