Dunmuir Hotel: Junior Chef (Dunbar)

Full onsite training will be given as well as an opportunity to complete SVQs. Here at the Dunmuir we strive to make everything fresh in-house using products from local suppliers. You will learn how to make bread, fillet fish & basic butchery skills. Duties include cooking breakfast & general kitchen prep. This would ideally suit a younger person/school leaver with a willingness to learn and start a career in hospitality. However, all applicants will be considered.

Also looking to recruit a Part-Time Kitchen Porter/Cleaner – no experience required. 2-3 shifts per week. Salary dependant on age and experience.
