- Musselburgh Burgh’s Land of the Dinosaurs
Iida and I visited Musselburgh Burgh P2’s Dinosaur Museum last week. It was fantastic! On arriving, we were able to find out way to the museum by following all the posters about the Museum. We were greeted by a tour guide and taken around the very busy museum. Pupils from Mrs Slight’s P3/4 class were enjoying all the different activities, such as digging in sand for dinosaur bones, finding out more about fossils or drawing some dinosaurs. I watched a film which showed P2 going down to the beach in Musselburgh where they found…some dinosaur bones. They had them on display in class and they were HUGE!
Well done P2 and Mrs Wilson. We awarded P2 with an official Museum certificate because we were so impressed.
