East Lothian Council is investing in a new online payments system, SchoolPay, to help you manage your school-related spending better. You will be able to use the new system from 25th September 2018. As a necessary part of installing the new system, we need to switch off the existing system you currently use to make school payments online from 7th September.
The wall-mounted machines (Revos) in the school dining area will continue to work during this changeover period and for the new system. So if your child doesn’t have sufficient funds on their card to pay for meals from 7th September to 25th September, please give them cash to load their cards using Revos.
We apologise for any disruption caused as a result of this temporary withdrawal of online options. We’ve tried to keep this period as short as possible. SchoolPay will offer greater control for you in terms of keeping track of your spending on school-related items when you set up your SchoolPay account.
You will soon receive an information letter for you to set up your personal SchoolPay account. We would encourage you to sign up for your account as soon as possible when you receive the letter.
