For those receiving free school meals, the East Lothian facilities team will deliver free school meals to the homes of pupils who are isolating. Please call or email Lara Neri on 01620 894661, firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you. Parents/carers with a child who is isolating should not visit the school building to pick these up. Thank you.

SCO String and Wind Academies continue as a free opportunity for aspiring school-aged string and wind musicians who have reached Grade 7 or above and who are able to commit to a series of sessions.
The String Academy is led by SCO Violin Gordon Bragg and offers coaching to violin, viola, cello and double bass players, focusing on Shostakovich’s Chamber Symphony. The Wind Academy is led by St Mary’s Music School Oboe Teacher Fraser Kelman and is open to flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon and French horn players. The Wind Academy will focus on Farkas’ Early Hungarian Dances and Arnold’s Three Shanties, and there will be short masterclass opportunities for participants to work on their own choice of repertoire.
