We’ve had a good week (especially with the day off on Wednesday)! We have tried to squash in as much Scots work as possible like watching videos on the Scots language, making our own Scots dictionary, completing some artwork inspired by Rennie MacIntosh and finishing the week with a Scots themed PHAT friday. We also completed our light pictures on WW2 when Gemma came back in with a fancy camera. We are hoping to publish the finished photographs soon. We also had the grand opening of the nursery to attend and Arran as oldest pupil in the school had to make a presentation to the PTA lady. On Thursday we watched a really funny author called Kjartan Poskitt on a GLOW authorslive broadcast. He wrote the murderous maths series of books and he showed lots of tricks and puzzles using maths which was great. Although some of us were away at a brass concert the rest of us had a dress rehearsal for our Make Do & Mend fashion Show which will do on Monday afternoon.
