Children In Need
Wow what an amazing morning ! First we had P5 assembly which was incredible ! Well done P5 you did a fantastic job although Mr Cain script left a few people wondering but hopefully not too insulted!
After break we had a mini PHAT Friday where we managed to do some crazy activities for Children in Need. We were able to wear our PJ or onesises! However I think the most excitment was the shaving cream and whatsitis activity suggested by Hannah Kelly from our Citizenship Group. The children had great fun and there were plenty of giggles as poor Mrs Campbell and Mr Cain signed up ! I admire their spirit, so well done and a huge thanks from the pupils for being game for a laugh !
We raised so far over £378 but Mrs Wilson is still counting!
P7 Camp
We have received a phone call from our happy campers and we expect them back around 3pm.
PTA AGM
Just a wee reminder that our PTA AGM will take place on Wednesday 4th September at 7:30pm in the school hall.
ALL welcome!
Recorder
We are currenlty looking for parents to help with recorder. You do not have to be musical but enthusisam is needed! We have a small group of parents who help out on a regular basis supporting pupils in practising the recorder.
If you are interested please contact Dorothy Ogilvy.
Whole school walk
Please come along to the office and give Catherine your name if you are able to join us on Friday morning.
Can you ensure your child is prepared for whatever the weather may hold.? Preferably wellies as the path can be a bit muddy and the essential waterproof jacket and hood!

Food Allergy
Following on from the newsletter advising that we are a nut free zone, I’d like to establish us as a kiwi-fruit free zone as well. I’d appreciate your support in this – making sure that pupils don’t have kiwi for snack or in their packed lunch. It is to ensure the health a safety of our pupils.
