Riding of the Marches 2016
This is one of the most ancient ceremonies in the UK which is held in Musselburgh once every 21 years. The town will come to life with a week-long of events, which runs between July 24th-30th. The whole Musselburgh cluster is involved with this project and children across the town will be learning about what Riding of the Marches is and how it’s such a special festival.
Snack
Snack money will be collected on Monday at a cost of £1 per week.
Staff update
Due to staff shortages in the School Miss Hunter will be continuing to cover in Primary 2. Supply staff will be joining nursery this week.
French
Rainbow Morning children will have a French session on Wednesday. They will be learning about food in French.
Story sacks/Library books
This week story sacks will be available to Morning children and Library books will be offered to Afternoon children.
Tea and toast
Please come along to our weekly Tea and Toast morning held in the nurture room every Wednesday from 9am.
Soft start
Due to a Judo taster session on Wednesday Soft stat will be cancelled this week for the morning session.
Judo
Morning children will participate in a Judo taster session on Wednesday.
