Roll-a-Dice Exercise Fun!

We have been finding out that staying healthy will help us to feel happier and stronger! We need to do lots of exercise and drink plenty of water to keep our bodies and our brains working really well.

Here is a fun way to exercise… You will need some comfortable clothes, a safe place to move in, a dice in a shaker and some lovely cold water to drink. Do some stretching to warm up your muscles and then shake the dice. What number did you throw? I got a 5 so I need to touch my toes for 15 seconds… 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
