Look up at the sky…..a mindfulness activity.

Being healthy and happy means looking after how we feel inside too 😊                                              Being mindful is good for us and this means we need to have quiet time when we relax and maybe lie down on the grass and just stare at the sky 🌈🌤⭐🌛                                          Watch the clouds and spot different patterns.  Draw the clouds or just use your imagination to turn the different shapes into pictures in your mind…. ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
