Yoga is good for keeping our bodies and our minds healthy. Lion Pose is fun to practise! It’s a great pose for when we feel too much energy inside us and we don’t know quite what to do with it all….. then someone tells us to be still and quiet and we can’t. Lion Pose also exercises our face muscles!
How to do Lion Pose: Kneel on the floor and sit back on your heels. Press the palms of your hands into your knees, spreading out your fingers like claws. As you breathe in through your nose, open your mouth and try to stretch your tongue to your chin. Make your eyes really wide. Breathe out through your mouth and let out a loud ROAR!!!!
