P7B had a fantastic time on their trip to Musselburgh Lagoons to take part in a range of orienteering activities. We were faced with lots of problem solving challenges before being let loose around the area in partners. Lots of excellent team work was displayed and I was very impressed with your map work!
Here are some pictures of us in action…

Problem solving game – sticking to boundaries.Problem solving games – quick thinking!First walk through as a group.Found it!Which way?Finding our bearings.
Lucy achieved this by showing a great deal of enthusiasm and effort in improving her skills within Maths. Already she can’t wait to continue her learning next week and I’m sure by keeping up the hard work, she will be a role model of a Successful Learner.
I would just like to say a BIG well done to all of the P7s who recorded a House Captain manifesto this week – your speeches will be shown to the classes next week!
A well done is also in order for those who didn’t want to take on the role but wanted to support their classmates – they couldn’t have done it without your help.
