I am pleased to let you know that we are continuing gymnastics and trampolining classes for children aged between 5 and 16 years who need extra help to enjoy taking part in the activities. Each class will be tailored to meet the individual needs of the participants and volunteers will be on hand to provide a higher level of support than our other classes, we hope to have a ratio of one volunteer to two young people, unless one to one support is requested in advance. Gymnastics
The gymnastics class will help to develop balance, flexibility and coordination through fun activities on the floor and using the larger gymnastics apparatus. Once the participants have mastered the basics they will be able to progress onto more difficult gymnastics skills. Trampolining
The trampolining class will incorporate the basic moves of trampolining through a variety of fun games and activities to increase coordination, flexibility and fitness eventually leading onto learning basic routines. Distraction aids and other activities will be in place for any young people who find waiting and taking turns a challenge.
Pre-booking for each class is essential to ensure that appropriate support for all of the participants involved can be provided.
If you would like to book your child into Gymnastics or Trampolining, get a bit more information or discuss your child’s suitability for either of the classes, please give me a call on 01875 619 072 or email email@example.com.
