There is an After School Knitting Class held at Pinkie St Peter’s Primary school at 3.20 on Thursday afternoons.
Children are taught to knit at their own pace with beautiful bamboo needles and high quality wool, using the Kids Knit programme developed by an Art and Design teacher.
Children learn, not only to knit, but other crafts too such as Pom-poms, braids and felting.

Mrs Paul and Primary 2 created a pirate themed garden for the Gardening Scotland competition in June 2015. They were awarded a Gold Merit and have now received an overall third place.
An most welcome award of £10 of garden tokens has been received from the Scottish Gardeners’ Forum.

Primary 2a at Pinkie St Peters PS won GOLD at Gardening Scotland. Their planter, ‘Pinkie Pirates’ was the third over-all winner out of approx. 50 entries.
