Musselburgh Windsor Football Club are looking to trial players this Tuesday 4th June at 6.30pm at Pinkie Playing Fields Musselburgh.

Interhouse Rugby 7s
On Friday 7 June the Interhouse rugby 7s will take place at the Pennypit, Preston Lodge Rugby Clubs Home ground.
S1 & S2 pupils are to leave after break and meet at the Pennypit no later than 11.15am. S3 pupils are to attend assembly after break then walk down to the Pennypit for the tournament starting at 12.15.
We ask that as many pupils, staff and parents attend to support the event. we will ahve over 90 players playing some experienced player, some who are playing for the first time so all support is welcome.

Playground to Podium-Athletics
The new scottishathletics Talent ID Programme – Playground to Podium – will be kicking off in June and we want to ensure that our school has a presence at our local event.
Playground to Podium is an opportunity to find potential athletes who have not been identified within a Sporting programme. All schools in Scotland will have the chance to nominate pupils from S1 – S6. Please click on the link to see more about the event http://youtu.be/EEhxoxPAtD4.

Preston Lodge Football
Football at Preston Lodge High School is entering an exciting time with the U-15 Girls and Senior Girls in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup.

The S1/S2 boys team have a match against Newbattle on Friday afternoon and have two 7-a-side tournament coming up.

Preston Lodge Dance Club
Preston Lodge High School are starting a dance club on a Tuesday after school which will be lead by the East Lothian Dance Coordinator. This club will have links into the Brunton Hall dance as well as have a show towards the end of the school year.
There will be two classes running at the school. The classes are:
10-14 year olds 4.30-6.00
15-19 year olds 6.00-7.30
These classes will be free for all that attend. The classes start on Tuesday 26 February in the gym hall at Preston Lodge.

Football Strips
Any players that have school football strips in the house must bring them in as a matter of urgency.
The red strips which only the senior players wear are missing number 4 and number 6. The black strips that the younger teams wear and the U-16 boys team wear are missing four strips.
The school teams need these back for matches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Girls Football
There is two matches this week for Girls football. On Wednesday the S1-S3 have a Tournament at Pinkie. 4.00pm start. The ten pupils we are taking will be notified. we also need two parents to take cars down.
The senior football team are playing Creiff High School away on Thursday. The bus will leave at 1.00pm.
Both teams need shorts and sock and boots for 3G astro
Girls Football
The next two weeks the U-15s and Senior Girls football team have two football games.
It is important that all girls football players are at training on Tuesday 29 January and Tuesday 5 February. This will help us pick the squad that travel to the matches.
U-15 Girls v Mary Erskine Wednesday 30 January meet in PE at 3.45pm for a 4.30pm kick-off. All players need shorts, socks, trainers or boots and shin guards.
Senior Girls v Creiff (Away) Thursday 7 February. If you have any prelims on that day please come and see Mr Bennion,
Scotland Rugby Players coming to PL
All rugby players must attend an additional training session on Thursday 31 January. This session is for all S1 to S6 rugby players.
On Thursday there will be players from the Scotland six nations squad coming to train with the team.
This is a great opportunity for the players to meet the squad and train with the international players
