Well done to you all! A massive thank you to all the staff that helped re-start the House System this session. This year has only started the ball rolling – the coming year will see a new set of House Captains ready and eager to help you improve, maintain and perfect the system.

The task this year would not have been possible without all your hard work, and the achievements of all the pupils of Preston Lodge High School. Congratulations, and thank you.

43% of the Prizewinners attending the Prizegiving celebrations were from Seton House (29% for Grange, 28% for Gosford). 10 points were awarded for a Certificate of Distinction, 20 points for an Academic Prize. Getting both earned 30 points.

Dux of School Iain Richardson recieved a furthur 100 points for Gosford.

S4 Dux’s Brian Dickson (Go) and Neil Moyes (Se) were each awarded a furthur 50 points.

S5/S6 Prospectuses Survey

Can you spare a couple of minutes?

‘Heist’ (the supplier of hard copies of prospectuses) want to know what 5th and 6th years think about University & College online prospectuses.

You can complete the survey here: http://surveys.heist.co.uk/questionnaires/HeistSurvey/informationrequirements.htm

Pupils who complete the survey are automatically entered into a prize draw, which has a total prize fund of £2400, with the top prize of £500.

Reminder: New Pupil Email System

Just a reminder to all pupils to switch to their new email account at http://mail.www.edubuzz.org before Wednesday, as the old Edukit system will be shut down. Details can be found in previous posts, and under the ‘Pupil Email’ tab at the top of this page.

This also means that any pupils with school website accounts should switch their email address over to the new @www.edubuzz.org version on their profile page.

Thanks!
