David Cameron, the British Prime Minister went over to Washington in America to visit the American President Barack Obama.

Cameron visited Obama for 3 days to discuss how to stop the war in Afghanistan and to see what can be done about the problems in Syria. They also got on the subject of the relationship between The USA and The UK.

Yesterday, the 14th of March, Cameron and Obama flu to a basketball match in the Presidents plane. His amazing 3 story plane includes 2 kitchens, a gym and an operating theatre. Obama shook hands with members of the crowd and they both ate hot dogs while watching the game.

Cameron also had an amazing dinner at the White House created by chef, Cris Comerford. The theme was winter harvest and included steamed lemon pudding with huckleberry sauce and Newton pippin apples for dessert.

Some fantastic actors and actresses included US film star George Clooney, Olympic heptathlon gold medallist Denise Lewis and many more.

Apart of the speech that Cameron delivered at the dinner that had 360 guests, “But all I can say is that it is a pleasure to work with someone with moral strength, with clear reason and with fundamental decency in this task of renewing our great national alliance for today and for the generations to follow.”
