Allergen Campaign

Food Standards Scotland are currently developing a partnership campaign on allergens in young people, and while we are adding the final touches to the campaign we are looking to find out more about what the young people of Scotland feel about food allergies. Partnering up with Young Scot, the national youth information and citizenship charity, we’ve launched an allergies survey to get young people’s thoughts, whether they have an allergy to something you can eat, or not.

And we need your help.  We would be grateful if you could promote the survey through your social media channels by posting and sharing details of the survey, so that we can reach even more young people.  We’re specifically looking for 12 – 18 year olds, and those taking part will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of three £50 Amazon vouchers, and if they’re a Young Scot member they can also claim 150 Reward points.  The survey closes on 9th February.

The survey can be found here: https://www.surveygizmo.eu/s3/90180312/Young-People-and-Food-Allergies

You’ll be able to find our posts regarding the survey on our usual social media channels by clicking on the below relevant icons.

We’ll be in touch with you again in the coming weeks with more detail on how you can support the allergens campaign, which is due to launch on 25th February, running until the end of March.  For any questions on the survey or the forthcoming campaign, please contact marketing@fss.scot.

Many thanks for your help
