Normandy- Paris 2009

Fri 19 June: Depart school 7.30 pm. 

Sat 20 June: Crossing Portsmouth early morning & stopping at Landing Beaches en route. We arrive at KING hotel in Port-en-Bessin late afternoon where we will relax & have dinner at hotel. 

Sun 21 June: We will visit Arromanches 360 & D-Day Landing museum. We will have lunch in Arromanches & then visit American War Cemetary. At night we will have dinner at the hotel where we will also relax.

Mon 22 June: We will visit a Sweet Factory & taste some sweets! Lunch in Bayeux & visit the Notre Dame Cathedrale. We will go to Courseulles & swim in their outdoor heated pool followed by dinner at hotel.

Tue 23 June: Breakfast & depart at 9am heading for Paris. We will arrive in town centre mid-afternoon. Stopping at the Notre Dame Cathedrale & sightseeing & Bateau Mouche on River Seine. We will have dinner at the Disneyland EXPLORERS hotel & relax.

Wed 24 June: Sightseeing in Paris such as Eiffel Tower & Georges Pompidou Centre. Lunch followed by shopping & some more sightseeing. Dinner at Disneyland hotel & relax.

Thu 25 June: Disneyland all day!! Depart Disneyland 6pm. We are crossing Calais by Eurotunnel.

Fri 26 June: Arriving back Tranent mid-morning.
