Our first formal engagement opportunity took place on Thursday 31st August, in-person at Rosehill High School.

The session was led by our East Lothian Council Parent Engagement Officer and was an opportunity to learn more about the establishment of a Rosehill Parent Council.

Parent Councils are established by and led by our parents. The headteacher has both a right and a duty to attend meetings, but does not take a role in establishing office bearers etc. Once our Parent Council is established, they will inform you of next steps in terms of communications, meetings etc.
