This week we completed our class’ group entry to the National Galleries art competition. The theme was celebration and we drew inspiration for our work from Joan Eardley’s Children and Chalked Wall 3. Pupils created characters in pairs, with pupils that were absent for that lesson creating the collaged background. A very special thanks goes to Mrs Totten, our very creative and talented classroom assistant, for her invaluable help with bringing our project together!
