School Camp 2009

An information meeting will be held in school on Tuesday 31 March at 7 pm.  A representative from Kingswood Educational Activity Centres will be present to give a talk and answer any questions you may have.

We look forward to seeing you.

World Book Day 2009

We would like to celebrate World Book Day, on Thursday 5 March 2009, by asking pupils to come to school dressed up as a character from a book they have read or a book someone has read to them.  It can be fact or fiction.  Please make sure that children have school clothes to change into.  Any parents who would like to come dressed as a character from a book when they bring their child to school – please feel free to join in!

If you are pushed for time keep it very simple.  It’s not a competition.  It is just for fun.

Children should bring the book with them and should be able to talk about it.  Please put names on books.

Remember the town library can lend books and is open on Saturday mornings.  All pupils will receive a £1 Book token.

We very much hope that you will be able to join us.
