Some of the children in Primaries one and two were learning how to fill shapes using colours. We also learned how to insert shapes on the computers and used these skills to give our clown template a funny face!
Here are some of our clowns:
During Literacy week, P 5/6 went to visit the P1/2 children, to share story books with them. P 5/6 enjoyed reading to the younger children, and the P1/2 children were very good listeners!
This week the children accepted a challenge from Charlie, the class monkey. They were to colour the flags using only 3 colours, but each flag had to be different.
Primary 1/2 worked together to make a collage of Nessie. The picture was in four pieces just like a jigsaw! The children had to work out what piece of Nessie they had and what colours to use. They worked very well together. How do you think they did?
See how quickly you can make this jigsaw of 3-letter words.
If you can, let us know in the comment box, how fast you were!
