Literacy Morning

We had a lovely literacy morning today and I would like to thank all the parents who were able to attend.  The children really enjoyed sharing their learning with you and it was great to share some of our strategies with parents.  We were all so busy we didn’t get chance to take any photos!

Wee Sleep Out

Last night nearly all the children and staff took part in a Wee Sleep Out to raise awareness and fundraise for Social Bite, a homelessness charity. We made soup in the afternoon and then we all made shelters from cardboard, enjoyed our warming soup, playing hide and seek (it was very dark!) , looked at the stars and enjoyed a story. We have also managed to raise lots of money – thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success.
