I hope that you have all had a relaxing weekend. Please find the Home Learning for the week starting the 29/8/16-2/9/16.

Reading:
Please re-read this text with your child focusing on questions about the book. For example;
How do you think that character would be feeling? Why do you think they would be feeling like that?
or
Can you tell me what happened in the story? Why do you think that happened?

Spelling:

The spelling words for this week will be the red words in your child’s reading book and spelling words attached to the homework sheet glued in your child’s homework book. Please complete the spelling words by “Rainbow Writing”. This is when your child selects four different colours and writes the word four times using these different colours.

Maths:

Please play this game with your child by either colouring in or crossing out the board. I have put in a couple of sheets so you can play this a few times if you like.
