Primary 1’s Friday Blog

We learnt all about the letters g and l this week. We worked hard to make new words on our magnetic boards like girl and lick.

In Numeracy we have been learning about patterns and shapes.  We had to read the instructions to find out what shapes to colour in. We also got to use cubes to build some of our own patterns. For instance pink, blue, pink, blue, pink, blue.

In our topic we are learning all about Autumn. This week we have been talking about habitats and thinking about our own habitat – our homes.

Yesterday we got to go to our Halloween party with Primary 2.  We got to play games like pass the pumpkin and musical statues. We had lots of fun and are excited to go trick or treating tonight.

We hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!
