Please note that due to a significant issue with our payment supplier, Capita, varying forms of council online payment systems are not currently working. One of the systems impacted is SchoolPay.
- For primary school pupils, changes have been made to allow pre-ordering of meals to continue as normal. Payment for these meals can be made at a later date, once the issue with Capita is resolved. Children will still be able to pre-order and receive a school meal.
- For secondary schools, pupils can still take cash to charge their cards in the canteen machines as normal.
Capita are working to resolve this issue, which is affecting a number of local authority areas, as a priority.
