I am very excited to let you know that the Burgh’s application to Tesco’s
Stronger Starts initiative has been successful, and our Breakfast Club and
Tuck Shop project will be put forward to a customer vote in the Musselburgh
store from October 2023 until January 2024, with a chance for the school to receive a grant of up to £1,500!
Such a large cash donation would be a huge boost to our efforts to
support children impacted by breakfast hunger and cost of living challenges,
so please look out for the blue tokens next time you shop and don’t forget to
vote for us in store!
