Next week (3 – 9 November) is Dyslexia Awareness Week and The Burgh, like schools all over Scotland, will be doing our bit to raise awareness of Dyslexia.
Moira Thomson and Anne Warden from Dyslexia Scotland visited the school last Friday to speak to the pupils and staff about living with Dyslexia and we will be encouraging as many people as possible to wear blue ribbons in support of Ellie’s Blue Ribbon Campaign. Ribbons will be given out to all pupils and staff at the beginning of the week.
