There are many ways that the school nurse can help you and your family make sure your child is happy, healthy and safe and achieving the best they can.

- jags/immunisations still offered but now done by Community Vaccination Teams
- community or high school based drop ins for advice on things like sexual health

If your child has needs in these new school nursing focus areas, speak to your child’s GP, teacher or school guidance teacher about a referral to the school nursing service.
