Grow Good Enough To Eat Project

Millers Town & Country and the Royal Highland Educational Trust  invite you to take part in a Grow Good Enough To Eat project.

The idea is that your school would be sent seeds for root vegetables, a large grow bag and instructions. You would then have to plant (in the bag), care for and harvest your vegetables before using them to make a dish i.e. soup.

This is aimed mostly at P5, however individual school’s can make their own decision as to which year they wish to participate. If you are interested or want more information please respond to Emily McGowan at by Monday 28 March.

“We feel there would be a lot the children could take from the experience and understand that the project fits well with the curriculum.”
