Daybreak – Broadcast Live from Edinburgh Castle 28 May 2012

Gethin Jones from ITV1’s flagship breakfast programme, Daybreak, is coming to broadcast live from Edinburgh Castle (Crown Square) on Monday 28th May 2012 to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and they want SCHOOLS to join them for a fun packed morning.

They’ll be putting up the bunting to celebrate her Majesty’s reign and will have special guests, music and Scottish dancing!

This will be Gethin’s exciting first stop on his “Jubilee Jamboree” Royal tour of Great Britain, so come out and do Scotland proud! Feel free to dress up in any jubilee attire, wave your flags, do celebratory messages/posters for the Queen and enjoy a royal themed knees up on TV!

Come rain or shine, Daybreak will be at the Castle. There will be stewards at the Castle drawbridge at the Esplanade to direct you to the celebration.  You must arrive at between 6.20am – 6.30am to join in the fun!
