A one day practical course delivered by Philip Bagnall. The course will include practical scenarios outside. Please be prepared to spend time outside in all weather conditions. The course includes:
• Unconscious casualty
• Recovery position
• Choking and Bleeding
• Shock and Hypothermia
• Burns / Heart Attack
• Resuscitation
• Contents of First Aid box
Certificates awarded to successful candidates are valid for three years.
