Working with Fathers: Promoting the Positive Involvement of Fathers in Vulnerable Families

This seminar will introduce a report looking at the positive involvement of fathers in vulnerable families and the role played by frontline staff. The report is informed by interviews and focus groups undertaken with fathers and a survey of practitioners from a number of agencies working with families.

Neil Gentleman, Development Manager, Circle, will present with contributions from fathers involved in the study. There will then be a panel discussion chaired by Gary Claption, Senior Lecturer, Edinburgh University.
