Fischy Music has been funded by the Scottish Government to build an online platform that will enable Primary Schools across Scotland to have access to musical resources in classrooms for Health and Wellbeing work.
A briefing session has been scheduled for Friday 6th February 2015, 1.30-3.30, Saltire Rooms, John Muir House, Haddington
Staff attending can expect to find out more about this online resource, which is linked to the Curriculum for Excellence by outcomes and topic and it is easy to search for songs by theme or keywords.
Teachers can use songs:
- In different locations in the School via computers, tablets and smartboards
- Via different means: lyrics, video, teaching ideas, symbol movies
- For different purposes: discussions, classroom activities and more
