CyberFirst are hosting three week-long residential courses in Paisley this summer. They are organised and funded by the National Cyber Security Centre as part of the CyberFirst programme.
You can learn cyber security skills and get an insight into cyber security careers. Completion of the courses, which are residential, will earn you Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF) credit points (including a certificate), and the learning can count in part towards completion of the SQA National Progression Awards at SCQF levels 4, 5 and 6.
The three courses are:
- CyberFirst Defenders (aimed at 14 & 15 year olds – SCQF level 4): https://www.smallpeicetrust.org.uk/courses/cyberfirst-defenders-paisley/
- CyberFirst Futures (aimed at 15 & 16 year olds – SCQF level 5): https://www.smallpeicetrust.org.uk/courses/cyberfirst-futures-paisley/
