‘see me’ is delighted to launch its new and exciting national creative writing competition for 2010. The competition is open to anyone living in Scotland who is interested in writing whether you are someone who scribbles at home, have a keen interest or are an accomplished writer.

There are three categories: short story, poetry, or send us a tweet.

We are delighted to have three great judges on board. Children’s author and professional story teller, Lari Don will judge the short story, Dundee Street Poet, Gary Robertson has signed up as our poetry judge and Mark Thomas, well known comedian and political activist, will judge your tweets!

‘Support’ is the theme for all three categories and is open to your own interpretation. We all give and receive support as we go about our everyday lives – from family, friends, neighbours, teachers, colleagues and everyone in between. We encourage your to use your imagination and draw from your own personal experiences.
