Here are a few photographs of our nursery pre-school children enjoying visits to Primary 1. The children have been visiting their Primary 1 classroom as part of our transition programme. They have really enjoyed getting to know the classroom, Mrs Clark, Mrs Lennox, meeting the current P1’s and playing in the playground. Our transition programme helps the children to have a ‘smooth’, confident, start into Primary 1.

The nursery children really enjoyed learning about minibeasts. They could identify different types of minibeasts, say that spiders have eight legs and most other minibeasts have 6 legs, no legs or “lots of legs!” They watched their own caterpillars grow then change into cocoons and now they are waiting on their butterflies emerging! In addition, the children created some beautiful artwork.

Ahoy There!

Shiver me timbers me hearties! The nursery children are having great fun with their current pirate theme. They are enjoying dressing up, playing with all the pirate resources and games, in addition to creating themed artwork.
