Christmas at Windygoul
T’was a week before Christmas,
And all through the town,
People wore masks,
That covered their frown.
But in Windygoul,
The snow gently falls,
And we think to ourselves,
Let’s deck the halls!
So, we gather the ribbon,
The donkey costume and bows,
As we sign those old carols,
Our happiness grows.
Christmas isn’t cancelled
And neither is hope.
If we lean on each other,
We know we can cope.
