6th October

Yet more lovely weather graced the group’s presence in the dunes yesterday (we are surely going to pay for this over the winter!) as we wielded bowsaws and loppers to tackle scrub encroachment that threaten the dune grassland habitat.

Fox moth caterpillars  readying themselves for the winter ahead,  and geese flying overhead were welcome sightings.

Come along next month for some path maintenance work and some more scrub removal for a lucky fewsome (thank Jane for that one!)
